Product Brief Template

• Summary – Short 2-3 sentence summary of what the project or initiative is.
• Discussion – A deeper discussion of 1-5 paragraphs that really gets into the nuance of the initiative or project.
• Design – Related wireframes or design elements that articulate the user experience.
• Requirements – A list of product requirements (user stories or otherwise) that outline the particulars of the initiative
• Ownership – Using the DACI model, who is driving, approving, contributing, and informed?
• Resources – A list of links to various resources such as decks, spreadsheets, design files, or otherwise, that are important for this initiative or project.
